The operation is family-owned, with Olivia managing operations, scheduling, and invoices, while Pedro handles initial customer communication, estimates, and coordination with the field team. The dedicated technicians are trained to handle infestations of any size, emphasizing honest and reliable service. The approach begins with a detailed inspection to identify entry points and nesting areas, followed by a customized plan that includes sealing access points and strategic trapping. For termites, the team conducts comprehensive inspections of foundations, crawl spaces, and attics, using industry-leading termiticides and baiting systems to eliminate colonies at their source.

The company distinguishes itself by avoiding call centers, ensuring that Gilbert or a technician replies personally, usually on the same day. After eliminating an infestation, Ratman offers secondary services such as subarea cleanups, duct repair, and insulation restoration to protect the home. The goal is to keep pests from entering and to provide long-term protection through thorough follow-up and care plans.

The business is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the reputation for honest reporting and effective results that Gilbert and his team have built over decades of experience.
