Rooted in a family legacy of silk weaving from Qom, Iran, the business blends traditional expertise with modern innovation. Since 1998, it has been preserving the beauty of fine area rugs. The multi-step washing process removes dust, dirt, and allergens while maintaining the delicate fibers. Master weavers restore rugs to their original beauty, handling tasks from fringe repair to reweaving holes. The exclusive wash process for pet stains breaks down uric acid crystals to permanently remove odors without using harsh chemicals or perfume.

The business also sells a curated selection of fine rugs and buys or trades high-quality pieces in its showroom. It provides free pick-up and delivery for customers located within a short distance of its facility at 825 W El Camino Real. For longer distances throughout the Bay Area, it arranges transport for a modest additional charge. The normal process of rug washing, drying, grooming, and return takes about one week. It advises against using carpet technicians on handmade rugs, as their techniques can be disastrous for wool fibers.

The positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it reflects the quality of its work. With over 10,000 satisfied customers, the business is known for renewing the luster and integrity of rugs so they can be enjoyed for generations. It emphasizes that even with regular vacuuming, rugs hold dirt and require conditioning every four to five years.
