Founded in 1995 by Steve Neff, the business began in a small shop in Sand City before moving to its current fully solar-powered facility in Marina. Neff built the custom building in the early 2000s and stocked it with brand new machinery. The grid-tied solar building powers all machines with solar-generated electricity, and a dust collection system provides a cleaner air environment for staff. The shop combines old custom techniques with new technologies to efficiently turn rough lumber into beautiful woodworking products.

The company designs and builds all types of custom cabinetry, including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, bookcases, custom built-ins, entertainment centers, home bars, pantries, custom shelving, and walk-in closets. They also manufacture wood windows, exterior doors, interior doors, driveway gates, garage doors, custom moldings, and custom furniture. Steve Neff notes that the business has no product line, allowing them to accommodate any taste and style by taking a picture of the desired look and creating one-of-a-kind pieces.
