Running analysis is offered to runners recovering from injury, returning to running after pregnancy, or dealing with pain while running, and includes an explanation of stride plus drills and exercises. Pelvic floor therapy addresses the muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves, and fascia around and inside the pelvis, which can be strengthened and mobilized to reduce pain and improve function. Pregnancy care covers symptom management and birth preparation, and postpartum care is offered regardless of how recently a patient delivered. The practice also publishes patient education articles on topics such as vulvodynia, the menstrual cycle and pelvic floor function, and tailbone pain.
