For puppies younger than four months, the Puppy Smart Start program is available. The business also provides Board and Train programs for immersive training, structured Group Lessons for puppies and adult dogs at the facility or partner locations, Pack Walks, and Boarding.

The team is led by owner and lead trainer Lori Hamilton, who has decades of professional experience. Trainer Amy Gist joined the team in 2014 as an apprentice under Hamilton. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. The office can be reached at (408) 320-5248.
