RototillerGuy of Long Beach

RototillerGuy of Long Beach is a landscaper in Long Beach, California. The company installs lawns, carries out landscaping installation, and handles sprinkler system installation and repair for homeowners across the Los Angeles area, including the San Fernando Valley, West LA, Torrance, and Pasadena. With more than 25 years of experience, it concentrates on the hands-on, labor-intensive work of building and reviving yards rather than ongoing mow-and-blow gardening or landscape design. It holds a 5.00 rating.

The business was founded by Michael Georgia and works with a crew of seven to ten. Its lawn installation follows a set method: removing old weeds and grass, breaking the ground by hand with a pick axe six to eight inches deep, rototilling to that same depth, spreading a three-inch layer of organic compost, and rototilling again to blend the compost through the top six to eight inches of topsoil before laying sod. The company uses hot composted organic material to amend the soil and checks irrigation lines for needed repairs as part of the work, and its written estimates itemize how deep the machine tills and how much compost is brought and mixed in. For irrigation, it offers complete sprinkler system installation and repairs to existing systems, working with valves, spray and drip zones, timers, and wiring, and will help diagnose repairs from photos a customer sends. RototillerGuy has worked locally since before 2000 and launched its website in 2008 to serve Los Angeles County.

The Long Beach location sits at 6411 E Spring St near Palo Verde Avenue, with a PostalAnnex about a tenth of a mile away and Millikan High School roughly three tenths of a mile off.

RototillerGuy of Long Beach is a licensed California contractor, holding a C27 landscaping license, number 974733. Its 5.00 rating reflects the experience of the customers who have reviewed the Long Beach crew, and the company points to more than 25 years in the field as the basis for its standing.

For Long Beach homeowners looking to rebuild a lawn or garden bed from the ground up, the crew's deep-tilling, compost-heavy method is the core of what it brings to landscaping in the city.
