The shop is I-CAR Gold Class certified and offers a lifetime warranty on parts and labor for every repair. It holds a rating of 5.00 based on 44 reviews on Google and Yelp. Brad founded the business after a previous tenant in the same building went under with two of his cars inside for two years. He built the company on principles of communication, accountability, and a warranty that does not expire. The team includes Gilbert, who serves as manager, and Matthew and Rae, who assist with repairs and customer service. It uses OEM parts as the default for all repairs. The paint department uses a spectrophotometer for color matching and multi-stage blending to ensure repairs are invisible, even on metallic finishes. The shop also handles ADAS calibration for modern vehicle sensors and cameras, as well as bumper repair and glass replacement. Customers consistently highlight the shop’s transparent communication and honest estimates. Reviewers note that staff members are patient and kind, with no upselling or delays. The lifetime warranty covers defects for as long as the owner keeps the vehicle, with no time limit or mileage cap. The business stands among the strongest in its category locally, reflected in its perfect rating and the volume of positive customer feedback. Its focus on accountability and customer service makes it a trusted choice for South Orange County drivers.
