Cochrane Construction, Inc.

Cochrane Construction, Inc. is a construction company in Inglewood, CA. It has served Los Angeles and the surrounding areas since 1986, working with homeowners on complete home remodels, kitchen and bathroom renovations, second story additions, and new construction. Its plumbing and electrical work rounds out that remodeling and building work. Service areas include Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, Torrance, Gardena, Hawthorne, El Segundo, Santa Monica, Westchester, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Westwood, and Malibu.

The company holds three trade licenses, B1, C10 and C36, along with workers compensation and liability insurance, and holds business licenses in the cities where it works. Jon Cochrane founded the company in 1986, having entered the construction industry as a laborer roughly 40 years ago, working through the ranks to become a licensed general contractor in California that same year and later adding electrical C-10 and plumbing C-36 licenses. He continues to work with homeowners throughout the South Bay, and his knowledge of waterproofing and multiple trades shapes how projects are handled.

Cochrane Construction specializes in leak abatement and waterproofing alongside its remodeling work. Complete home remodels can involve building an entirely new floor plan or improving an existing structure. Kitchen remodels combine custom and prefabricated cabinetry with plumbing and electrical upgrades and stone and tile work, while bathroom remodels cover new showers, flooring, cabinetry and tile. Second story additions expand a home without reducing the lot size, and the company also takes on new construction for homeowners starting a custom build. Free in-home consultations are available.

The office sits on South La Cienega Boulevard, a short distance from the San Diego Freeway and about half a mile from Aviation Boulevard. Oak Street Elementary School is roughly 0.3 miles away and Ashwood Park about 0.4 miles away.

Cochrane Construction holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it, a reflection of the quality and customer service it has brought to South Bay and Los Angeles-area homes for decades.
