Ontrack Moving of Hayward

Ontrack Moving of Hayward is a moving company in Hayward, California. It handles local and long-distance moves connecting California and Arizona and has served both states since 2010, working with families and businesses. It operates as an asset-based carrier under USDOT #2551548 and California license CAL-T190721, using its own trucks and crews rather than brokers or subcontractors. It holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 2,847 reviews.

Local moves are billed hourly based on crew size and truck requirements, while long-distance moves receive a binding flat-rate quote on a per-truck basis, anchored to the inventory and access conditions documented during an onsite survey rather than charged by the pound or cubic foot. Each of its 26-foot trucks carries a 26,000-pound capacity, and the company runs more than twenty owned trucks from company-owned warehouses in California and Arizona. Founded by Pablo Giordano, Ontrack has completed more than 25,000 moves since 2010 and maintains a zero percent Federal Out-of-Service record under USDOT inspection.

Its packing work includes full packing, partial packing, fragile-only packing, and unpacking, using materials such as double-walled boxes, anti-static wrap, and pH-neutral paper, with moving blankets, wardrobe boxes, and floor protection provided on every move. Moving and storage are handled under one company, its service areas span the San Francisco Bay Area and the Phoenix metro area, and it runs a second office in Peoria, Arizona.

The Hayward location sits on Clawiter Road, near West Winton Avenue about a tenth of a mile away, Hayward Fire Station Number 6 roughly two tenths of a mile off, Greenwood Park under half a mile away, and Hayward Executive Airport and Hesperian Boulevard about six tenths of a mile away.

The company is BBB A+ accredited and is regarded well by the customers who have reviewed it, reflected in the rating it holds. Its direct, asset-based model, in which every move stays under its own operation from pickup to delivery, has carried its work across California and Arizona since 2010.

For families and businesses moving within Hayward or between California and Arizona, Ontrack Moving of Hayward carries out relocations with its own trucks and crews from its headquarters on Clawiter Road.
