Home Theater Doctor of Gardena is a Home Theater Installer in Gardena, CA, located at 2618 Voorhees Ave unit c. The company specializes in custom home theater installation and works with clients to design audio and video systems tailored to their specific situations and budgets. Their installations are intended to deliver strong audio and visual performance while remaining aesthetically appealing. They also handle upgrades to existing equipment, such as replacing heavy, difficult-to-mount projectors with lighter units that can be installed safely by a single technician on a ladder. The business serves homeowners and collaborates with builders, cabinet makers, and interior designers to achieve the audio and video experience their clients want.

The business traces its origin to about seventeen years ago, when a local doctor set out to have a high-end theater installed in his own home and found few local stores with the knowledge to do the job properly. After researching journals, searching the web, and studying friends' systems, he assembled a reference-quality setup himself, and demand from friends eventually grew beyond what he could handle in his spare time, leading him to found the company. A technician who joined about ten years ago took over the business through a buyout a little over five years ago. Home Theater Doctor operates as a sole proprietorship and keeps regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm, with Saturday and Sunday available by appointment only. Messages can be left after hours.

The business holds a rating of 4.90 based on customer reviews, reflecting the satisfaction of the clients who have used their services. Their willingness to take on unusual installation challenges, including work in tight or elevated spaces where older or heavier projectors could not be safely mounted, is part of what their experience covers.
