She earned a B.S. in Business with an option in Computer Applications and Systems, an M.B.A. with an emphasis in organizational psychology, and a J.D. with a course emphasis on intellectual property and corporate and business law from Santa Clara University School of Law. Her undergraduate and graduate studies were completed at CSU-Fresno. Over the years she has gained working knowledge of gas station operations, trucking companies, hotshot trucking, load brokering, auto dealer flooring, fuel transportation, commercial and residential solar, genetic seed manipulation, and beauty spas. She has been involved in a large chemical drift case during the drought that affected several vineyards and orchards, and has worked on cases involving apiaries and agribusiness fraud. Mediation services are offered in person, via Zoom, or in hybrid formats.

The office is at 7600 N Ingram Ave Ste 102 in Fresno, just off West Nees Avenue and near North Palm Avenue, about a third of a mile from the Pinedale Assembly Center Memorial and roughly half a mile from Spano Park and the San Joaquin River Bluffs. Directions from the Riverpark shopping center lead down El Paso to a right turn onto Ingram, with the suite just before Fallbrook Avenue.
