Hamanaka Painting Co Inc

Hamanaka Painting Co Inc is a painter in Eureka, California. The company serves commercial, residential, and industrial clients across the area, with services that include commercial and residential painting, specialty coatings, maintenance, parking lot and highway improvements, roof coatings, fluid-applied floor coatings, floor polishing, lead renovation, coatings removal, and consultation. It holds a rating of 4.20 based on customer reviews. Founded in March 1993 by Glenn Hamanaka, the company grew out of his childhood interest in painting bicycles and other projects and grew into a professional operation. In 1998, the business moved from a one-person operation to a team of skilled professionals. The company later added aerial equipment in 2007 to take on larger work and, in 2010, built and moved into its first office building. Hamanaka Painting has been featured in the Sherwin-Williams PRO+ Quarterly and SWPCC Magazine, and Glenn Hamanaka appeared in The Craftsman, Season 2, Episode 4, a segment focused on work at the Carson Mansion. The Trinidad Civic Club commended Glenn's work on the Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse Monument, noting his recommendation of a durable acrylic paint suited to the site's harsh coastal conditions and an anti-graffiti product for the monument walls. The office sits on 2nd Street, with Highway 4th Street and R Street within about a tenth of a mile, and 5th Street and Myrtle Avenue within roughly a fifth of a mile. Kamisu Park is nearby, along with Cooper Gulch Creek a short distance to the east. Customers who have reviewed the business have given it a positive rating, reflecting the standards the company has maintained since its founding more than three decades ago. The Trinidad Memorial Lighthouse Monument project is a clear example of how Hamanaka Painting Co Inc has built a specialty in protective coatings work along the Eureka coast.
