Owner Faig Ibrahimov has worked as an appliance repair technician since 2003 and launched Master Appliance Repair in the summer of 2013. The company is locally owned and operated, with two locations serving the Peninsula from Daly City to Palo Alto, including coastal areas, and the East Bay from San Leandro to Fremont and the Tri-Valley. It runs a small, reputation-focused operation with three appliance repair technicians, and calls during business hours connect customers directly with a technician, often the same one who will perform the repair.

Appointments are offered in three-hour windows Monday through Saturday, with service calls Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Emergency service is available, and same-day repair is usually available when customers call before mid-day. Calls are answered within four rings during regular business hours, and online booking is available around the clock. Repairs are priced by the job using an industry-standard pricing guide and are covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

The business is located on Ardee Ln in Daly City. Its rating of 4.90 across more than 150 Google and Yelp reviews reflects a strong record of customer satisfaction, and its repeat and referral business speaks to the relationships it has built with Bay Area residents.
