The company serves residential, commercial, and landlord clients across Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, and all 14 cities in the Coachella Valley. Services include monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest control plans with free inspections and no contracts.

Extermin8 offers same-day pest control service for urgent situations, such as bee removal, with technicians usually arriving the same afternoon if called before noon. Treatments use eco-conscious, EPA-registered, low-toxicity products that are safe for kids and pets, with materials drying within hours and bonding to treated surfaces. The company targets specific pest biology, using harborage treatment for scorpions, colony elimination for termites, and baiting that kills the queen for ants. They provide exact quotes on the spot after a 30-minute inspection, with no surprise charges for extra zones or additional treatments. Customers receive re-treatments at no extra charge if pests return before the next scheduled appointment.

For real estate transactions, Extermin8 provides official California WDO reports within 24 hours, covering subterranean and drywood termites, wood-boring beetles, and wood-destroying fungi. They inspect for both termite types common in the Coachella Valley, checking for pencil-width mud tubes and frass. The company also handles landlord pest control to maintain habitability under California Civil Code 1941.1, addressing roof rats, German cockroaches, and scorpions in rental units.

With a 5.00 rating from customers who have reviewed it, Extermin8 Pest and Termite Control delivers reliable, no-nonsense pest control that protects Coachella Valley homes and businesses from desert pests.
