Marketing Designs

Marketing Designs is a marketing agency in Belmont, California, devoted exclusively to real estate marketing and advertising. For more than 30 years the agency has created visibility for real estate agents, homebuilders, and their properties, working from concept and strategy through execution and delivery. Its services cover brochures, websites, social media, print advertising, direct mail, e-blasts, copywriting, newsletters, logos and branding, market data reports, marketing campaigns, and specialty pieces. The agency serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area, a housing market it has worked in since 1993, and its in-house team includes marketing consultants, account managers, copywriters, editors, and graphic and website designers.

Brochure work ranges from single-page pieces and foldovers to booklets, or a format developed with the client. Website design and hosting are offered for individual property listings, full communities, and agents or real estate teams. Social media can be supplemented or fully managed on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Print advertising is designed, planned, and implemented for newspapers and magazines. Direct mail runs from concept to mailbox, including design, printing, mailing list selection and management, and in-house fulfillment for postcards, newsletters, and custom campaigns. E-blasts are built for individual clients and include analytics showing how a campaign is performing.

Copywriting has been part of the practice since 1993, covering homes from small condos to estates, with the copywriter visiting a property before it is listed or writing from photographs. Newsletters pair timely articles with focused sales data to keep agents in touch with their client base, and the agency also analyzes local market data and trends, presenting them through charts and graphs. Logo design and one-off specialty pieces are available when a property calls for something outside the standard format.

The office sits on Old County Road, about a tenth of a mile from El Camino Real and the Belmont train station, with the Belmont Post Office and Ralston Avenue both roughly a tenth to two tenths of a mile away.

Clients describe the agency as responsive and easy to work with, crediting its writing and design work with helping properties sell.
