Dr. Mangold is a part owner and a graduate of Fullerton College, Cal-Poly Pomona University, and the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He holds a California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners license and has served as a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California. The practice holds a rating of 4.90 based on 41 reviews.

Care begins with a comprehensive patient evaluation before every treatment plan, and X-rays are the most common resource used to understand the root of a patient's symptoms. When chiropractic treatment is not the best solution, the practice refers patients to peers for care. Services include corrective exercises, rehabilitation programs covering strength, flexibility, agility and coordination, custom foot orthotics, massage therapy, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, TENS therapy, spinal decompression, and chiropractic care for children. The team also offers lifestyle advice and treats patients as a whole, mentally, physically and emotionally. Dr. Mangold's service dog, Tucker, is a regular presence in the office, and he and Tucker visit patients at Orange County hospitals.

The office sits on South Weir Canyon Road in Anaheim Hills, a short distance from South Serrano Avenue and about a quarter mile from Orange County Orthopaedic Group, East Anaheim Community Garden, Fire Station #10, and Hillsborough School.

The practice is known for a strong local reputation reflected in consistently high customer ratings, along with a steady record of repeat and referred customers.
