Freight shipping here is built around a set of digital tools customers can use directly: rate quotes, bill of lading preparation, shipping label printing, pickup requests, a transit time calculator, a class and density calculator, and a commodity library. Shipment tracking, pickup visibility, and an appointment research tool are available for following loads, while document retrieval, invoice inquiry, online reporting, and claims handling cover the administrative side. A shipper's guide explains how to prepare and ship freight, and a service center network map lists the names and locations of the company's North American service centers. Estes describes itself as the largest privately held freight company in North America, serving all 50 states plus Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean through nearly 7,000 next-day shipping lanes.

The terminal sits on W. Wetmore Road, about a quarter mile from Flowing Wells Junior High School and roughly a third of a mile from Flowing Wells Elementary School. The Casa Grande-Tucson Highway runs about a third of a mile away, and North Casa Grande Highway is about half a mile from the site.

The Tucson operation has built a steady record of repeat and referred customers.
