Sun City RV Storage shares its address with Sun City RV, an RV dealership at 9045 W. Grand Ave Suite 100 that has operated since 1997 and serves the greater Phoenix area, including Mesa, Avondale, and Surprise. Sun City RV runs sales, service, consignment, parts, and a storage department under one roof, giving customers a single point of contact for buying, servicing, insuring, or storing a recreational vehicle. The dealership carries more than 250 units at a time, spanning Class A, B, and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers, with current inventory listings that include pre-owned Winnebago Tour 42QD motorhomes, Grand Design Momentum toy haulers equipped with solar charging, and new Aspen Trail travel trailers. The staff is organized into separate sales, finance, consignment, and service teams, with named sales staff including Anthony Hernandez, Jesse Hernandez, Jim Grant, Johnny De La Rosa, and Rene Benavides, finance director Rory Fields and finance assistant Saira Hernandez, consignment manager Michelle Butler and inventory manager Danielle alongside Billy Hansen in consignments, and service advisors Julie McDougal, Sebastian Galan, and Jacob Rios with delivery coordinator William Melendez. Financing, trade-ins, and consignment are handled in-house, and the parts and service departments handle repairs and collision work alongside storage for customers who keep their rigs on-site between trips.

As part of a dealership that has served Arizona RV owners for nearly three decades, Sun City RV Storage gives Sun City residents an on-site option for keeping an RV secured at the same address where it was bought or serviced.
