Tyson Wells Rv Park is an RV Park in Quartzsite, AZ, located at 121 W Kuehn St. Founded in 1977 by Lloyd and Lavoun Dyer, the property began as an open lot that developed into an RV Park and the site for the Sell-A-Rama Show. In 1995, Kym Scott, a Fresno State business graduate, took over the business. He expanded the operation by acquiring new land for parking, adding the Rock & Gem Show and the Art & Craft Fair, building self-storage units, constructing two large buildings for indoor vendors, adding a new seasonal selling lot, and opening a new business office.

The Tyson Wells Rock & Gem Show takes place in early January and runs for 10 days. It features rock, gem, and mineral vendors from around the world selling gems, rocks, minerals, jewelry, faceting supplies, precious metals, and lapidary tools and equipment. The Tyson Wells Sell-A-Rama Show occurs in late January for 10 days. It showcases rock, gem, and mineral vendors alongside art and craft vendors across 850 vendor spaces, which equals roughly 2.2 miles of aisle frontage. In 2026, this will be the 48th annual show on the 25-acre venue. The Tyson Wells Art & Craft Fair takes place in early February, offering arts, crafts, hobby supplies, jewelry, and lapidary supplies with a limited number of indoor selling spaces for artists and jewelers.

During the winter season, the Tyson Wells Market Centre hosts a seasonal selling market. Vendors offer tools, tarps, t-shirts, jerky products, women’s clothing, socks, hats, DVD movie sales, custom wooden signs, pet supplies, gold by the inch, vitamins, RV supplies, leather goods, jewelry, watches, bead supplies, novelty items, banners, metal signs, canned food, a brick-and-mortar game store, and food vendors.
