Hawk & Hound Catering and Events

Hawk & Hound Catering and Events is a catering company in Prescott Valley, AZ, operating on S Cortez St. The business caters private and corporate occasions across northern Arizona, ranging from intimate in-home private chef dinners and cocktail parties to weddings, corporate luncheons, and large-scale events. Custom menus are offered alongside set buffet dinner, salad, dessert, appetizer, and hors d'oeuvres station selections, with vegetarian, poultry, and other entrée options prepared in-house. Vegetarian choices include vegetable strudel, butternut squash ravioli, and portabella mushroom wellington; poultry dishes feature champagne chicken, rosemary and garlic roasted chicken, and chicken coq au vin. A 20-guest minimum applies to buffet orders, and plated menus are available on request. The company also provides full event staffing, including bartending and bar menu services with craft cocktails and wine pairings.

The company is led by proprietor Skyler Reeves, who brings twenty years of hospitality experience that includes opening dozens of venues from Los Angeles to Arizona and managing large staffs. Reeves is also the operator of The Barley Hound, a gastropub he opened in Prescott in the spring of 2015, and of Rosa's Pizzeria, which he purchased in the fall of 2018. That background in restaurant operations shapes the catering service, with event planning assistance offered alongside menu development so that clients receive coordinated support from concept through execution.

The location sits near the Prescott Post Office, Old City Hall, and the Bicentennial Tree, all within a short walk. The Prescott Police Department and the Cowboy at Rest public artwork are just up the street, and South Montezuma Street, a main road through the area, runs nearby.

Hawk & Hound holds a rating of 4.80. The breadth of services from custom private chef dinners to full-service wedding and corporate catering reflects a depth of experience that distinguishes the business in the Prescott Valley events scene.
