Wellco Electric

Wellco Electric is an electrician in Phoenix, AZ. It is a family-owned commercial electrical contractor serving Phoenix since 1980, supporting commercial construction, remodels, service work, restaurants, and manufacturing projects. The company works with builders, business owners, and fast-moving projects, and is licensed under LIC #166905 (K11). It holds a rating of 4.7 from customer reviews.

The business has been family owned and operated for more than four decades, with deep Phoenix roots and a long-tenured crew, several members of which have been with the company for five to fifteen years or more. Clients work directly with the team rather than going through layers of intermediaries. The company is structured around commercial-first work, handling restaurants, remodels, offices, and industrial projects. Services are built around commercial construction support, tenant improvements and remodels, restaurant and hospitality electrical work, manufacturing and industrial support, service calls and troubleshooting, and power, panel, and lighting upgrades. For restaurant projects in particular, the team coordinates power, lighting, and remodel timing around inspections and reopening deadlines. For service calls, the company is set up to respond when something is down or time-sensitive. Previous project photos showcase retail interior work, restaurant builds, commercial interiors, and field installation work.

The shop sits on West Coolidge Street, about a third of a mile west of North 7th Avenue and within roughly the same distance of the North 7th Avenue and West Camelback Road Park and Ride, the West Camelback Road corridor, and the 7th Ave/Camelback light rail stop. Lyceum Park and Tawa Park are both about four tenths of a mile away.

The rating reflects a positive standing among the customers who have reviewed the business, and the company has been serving the Phoenix commercial market since 1980.
