The company provides detailed guidance on sod installation and maintenance. For lawn renovation, Evergreen Turf recommends applying a vegetation killer during the active growing season of May through August and waiting at least five days after the final treatment before installing fresh sod. Installation involves tilling soil amendments such as gypsum, mulch, and starter fertilizer to a depth of 4 to 6 inches. Maintenance advice includes fertilizing every 30 days using a fertilizer with a 21-7-14 or 16-8-4 ratio.

Evergreen Turf advises mowing new sod approximately 14 days after installation, removing only one-third of the leaf blade. For high-traffic areas, the company identifies Midiron, Tifway 419, and Celebration as the most resilient grass varieties. Palmetto St. Augustine is noted as the only shade-tolerant grass available in Arizona, requiring a minimum of four hours of sunlight daily. The business also provides information on dethatching during the active growing season and watering schedules for over-seeded lawns.

Evergreen Turf, Inc combines decades of local growing experience with a specialized inventory of Arizona-adapted sod varieties to support residential and commercial landscaping projects throughout the state.
