Co-founders Bryan McCormick and Noel Garcia met through mutual friends in March 2016 and began brewing on a one-barrel system in April. They secured a spot at the Barnone project at Agritopia, and while construction continued there, they upgraded to a 10-barrel system at their production facility. The brewery held its grand opening in November 2016. The team includes Founder and Brewery Engineer Bryan McCormick, Head Brewer and Senior Barrellist Justin “Gully” Gullickson, Facility Engineer and Fabrication Specialist Cecil Stevens II, and Graphic Designer Phil Hinson.
