Every job begins with a free inspection and a written estimate, allowing customers to understand the findings and costs before deciding on a course of action. The company handles general pest control for ants, spiders, roaches, and stinging insects, including colony elimination for bees and wasps. Specialized services include perimeter barriers and entry sealing for Arizona bark scorpions, humane exclusion and removal for bats, rodents, snakes, squirrels, raccoons, and nuisance birds, and structural termite inspections and treatments. Desert landscaping weed control is also provided.

Technicians are certified, fingerprinted, and background-checked, ensuring professional service for both single-family homes and business properties. The company’s approach is built on transparency, explaining what is found, why a specific treatment is recommended, and what to expect, with no pressure to buy unnecessary services. This straightforward method has earned the business a 4.9-star rating from 299 Google reviews. Customers frequently praise technicians like Miguel, Jeff, Josh, and Rick for their thoroughness, courtesy, and knowledge.

For more than fifty years, Cummings Termite & Pest has built its reputation on referrals and treating neighbors with care. The company operates independently, not as a national franchise, and maintains office hours Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Customers can schedule inspections by calling 480-994-9599 or submitting a contact form, with follow-ups typically occurring within a few business days.
