Moore Heating backs its work with a quality installation guarantee: if a homeowner is unsatisfied with the workmanship of a service or installation, the company sends someone back out to correct it to the standards of its customers and its own. A 15/5 priority service guarantee gives returning clients precedence over new clients and non-emergency service calls, and a 24-hour service guarantee keeps trained technicians on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergency heating and cooling needs. The company stresses technical expertise across its customer service representatives, management staff, and onsite technicians, whose installation and maintenance personnel train to stay current with residential, commercial, and industrial methods. Its fleet of service trucks and technicians responds to routine and emergency situations, and technicians keep detailed records to recognize problems before they become serious. Moore Heating is a Lennox Premier Dealer, offering incentives and special promotions through Lennox, and installs rooftop package units for large buildings and warehouses, which can be made more energy efficient with an economizer. Free installation estimates are available, and the office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

The company's rating of 4.40 reflects positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it, and its guarantee structure stands behind both its installation work and its service calls.
